Arora Design recognises that our customer's needs are as unique and varied as the individuals themselves. Enquires will be dealt with in an appropriate time frame and our customers will be treated with honesty and integrity at all times.

In its aim towards efficiency and in the interest of customers, Arora Design reserves the right to limit the use of staff and resources on false or unreasonable demands.

Shipping & Returns

Items supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 7 working days of acceptance of order Items supplied outside the UK will normally be delivered within 28 working days of acceptance of order. Arora Design shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date Delivery of the items shall be made to the Customer's address specified in the order and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the items whenever they are tendered for delivery. Customers should inspect the items immediately upon receipt and shall notify Arora Design within 7 working days of delivery if the items are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. Fail to do so shall be deemed as acceptance of the items. Where a claim of defect or damage is made the items should be returned by the Customer to Arora Design. The Customer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the items are in fact defective.


Arora Design wholesale is a business-to-business platform. Prospective sellers must apply and be approved by Arora Design by registering on our trade website Sellers are approved based on criteria such as brand identity, pricing, and the ability to scale their businesses in line with Arora Design's values. Arora Design reserves the right to approve or reject any application and to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
